Each of our shops can cater for up to 5 children so you will need to bear this in mind when choosing your package.

Wonder Village is designed to make party planning simple, seamless and stress-free. From the moment you book, we take care of everything needed to create a beautifully styled, immersive play experience for your celebration. Space & Setup
- Each shop measures 2m x 2m x 3m and needs some open space in front for play. Depending on the venue size, we can either space them apart or place them side-by-side. t's important that you check the height of the venue and the space available to ensure we can set up properly on the day.
- Ideally, shops are set up around the outside of the room or along the walls. This allows us to put tables and chairs for food or picnic-style seating in the centre so parents can relax while keeping an eye on their children.
- Please ensure there is venue parking available for the duration of the event and that we have easy access from parking to the hall - no more than 5 steps, or there must be access to a ramp or lift.
- We need approximately 1 hour before and 1 hour after the event for setup and pack-down. You will need to arrange this with your venue. This time may change depending on ease of access to the venue.
Booking
- A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and to cover any breakages. The remaining balance due one month before your event.
- Dates can be transferred if you give us 1 month or more notice.
- Wonder Village events last 2 hours, but longer sessions may be possible for an extra fee, just let us know when booking.
- Parties can be booked any day of the week, subject to our schedule.
- We also offer regular bookings for schools, or whole day/week bookings for schools, weddings, community events, and more.
- At the start of the event, we’ll provide you with a detailed list of all toys and equipment brought to your venue. At the end, we’ll review the list together. Any missing or broken items will be payable. We are open and transparent about this process.
- We meticulously check and clean all our equipment before each party to ensure everything is in perfect condition.
Safety & Peace of Mind
- We are fully insured, DBS checked and paediatric first aid trained.
- All equipment is carefully checked and cleaned before each event to ensure a safe, high-quality experience.
- Our setup is designed for children aged 3 to 7. There are small parts in some of the shops so adult supervision is required throughout the event.
